At STATCare, we pride ourselves in a friendly, empathetic atmosphere. We are here to help you with your medical needs. The following information is provided so you will know what to expect when visiting one of our clinics.
Your Visit

When arriving at the clinic, please hand your completed forms to the receptionist. We will also need a copy of your photo identification card, current insurance card, and a list of current medications.
Appointments
STATCare Urgent Care does not require appointments. This clinic is a walk-in clinic.

Insurance
We participate with most major insurances. If we participate with your insurance, you are expected to pay your co-pay and any applicable out-of-pocket expenses at the time of service. We use the information provided by your insurance company on the date of your visit to calculate your share.
Private Pay/Self Pay
If we do not participate with your insurance or you have no insurance, you are expected to pay in full at the time of service.
Workers' Compensation
If your injury for which you are being seen occurred on the job, we would need prior authorization from an authorized company personnel to bill your visit to workers’ compensation. If we do not have the authorization, you will be responsible for all charges related to your visit.
Prescription Refills
While we try to handle prescription refill requests as soon as possible, please allow up to 48 hours for refills to be called in. Please notify us before you run completely out of your medication.
Some medications may require that you be rechecked by a provider before the medication can be refilled. You will be notified if a recheck is necessary. Call us today for more details.
